Anyone in the Brand and Content team needs to have a background in content creation, both graphic design (Canva) and video editing (CapCut), ideally within an agency or publisher environment. You’ll have a deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and formats. We want to speak to people who live for social, thrive in fast-paced environments, and know how to create content that connects with real audiences.
Brand and Content team members deliver promotional content for branded partnerships, supporting across ideation, production, and post, while confidently managing own tasks and timelines. Helping to shape and deliver creative campaigns that cut through online noise and drive real impact for brands. From the first brainstorm to the final edit, you’ll be hands-on in bringing in ideas to live across social platforms, branded partnership and internal creative projects.
This role blends creative thinking with sharp execution, ideal for someone who can move fluidly between concepting, protruding and managing. You’ll be both a creative thinker and a doer, confident in developing social-first ideas, managing content workflows, shooting and editing assets for campaigns. The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and social-first Brand & Content Manager who lives and breathes social, storytelling and culture. Someone who can take a spark of an idea and turn it into high-impact campaigns that people want to share, not just scroll past. This position will sit within our ever growing Brand & Content team, working alongside other creatives but owning your own projects and creatives. In this senior and central role, you’ll support the development and rollout of content strategies, help nurture client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class branded content that resonates.

Actively posting on the designated channel/s that we give you, which may include posting on a weekend.
Planning, attending and owning shoots with the wider team, and editing your content to go live across our channels.
Pitching new client programmes, including writing and delivering presentations to clients, delivering existing social campaigns.
Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with the founder and heads of department.
Be one of GBM’s external ambassadors, engage with key partners and the wider advertising community to drive company commercial and internal growth. This includes seeking out and participating in industry events, both formal and informal.
Manage and run the full circle cycle of any GBM page/s given to them, from sourcing, creating, posting and managing to ensure they’re growing and performing to the best of their ability
A natural leader who supports our content freelancers, ensures both team performance and content quality remain high, and proactively addresses any issues that arise.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in branded content, social media or creative production (ideally in the publisher or agency space)
A deep understanding of social culture, storytelling and audience behaviour
Experience across the full creative process: ideation, planning, production and editing
Strong CapCut and Canva skills
An instinct for what works online, you know when to be bold, subtle and/or fast
Communicates effectively at all levels, with strong written and verbal skills.
Builds strong client relationships, anticipating client needs and servicing their requests reactively.
Strong understanding and interest in the world of digital and use of social channels e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit.
Demonstrable expertise in understanding a brief and developing the right integrated proposal as a response.
Experience in content creation, channel management and client management.
Strong understanding of own channel’s social strategy across multiple platforms, and willingness to contribute suggestions for our portfolio.
Adept critical evaluation skills shown through regular reporting across social platforms, with an understanding of how to identify success and improve on learnings from past content.
Confident both in front of and behind the camera, with the ability to create engaging first-person content and capture compelling vox pops when needed.
Passionate about great work and delivering strong business outcomes for clients - as well as hitting targets.
